Direction: The Doon Club is appointing a secretary and has decided on certain conditions to be followed for the appointment
The person to be appointed as secretary must:
(i) Be a member of the club for at least 6 years.
(ii)Be a resident of Dehradun or an area within a 25-kilometre radius of Dehradun city.
(iii) Have been an organiser of at least one event in the club in which the person was a member during the last year.
(iv) Be at least 35 years old and not be more than 50 years of age.
In case condition (i) is not fulfilled, the candidate must have been in a similar position in some other club for at least 2 years. In such a case, the candidate will be referred to the selection committee.
In case condition (iii) is not satisfied, the candidate must have participated and won awards in at least two events in the last year. In such a case, the candidate will be referred to the president of the club.
In all other cases, the person cannot be considered for appointment as the secretary of the club.
