Calculation for R—

KCL at node A
i_a + 9i_a + I = 0
10i_a + I = 0
V + 2i_a = 0
V – 2. I/10 = 0
or
V = 2 I/10
or
V/I = 0·2
i.e. R = V/I = 0·2Ω
Calculation for ISC—
KCL at node A

i_a + 9i_a = I_SC
or
I_sc = 10i_a . . . .…(i)
– 3 + 2i_a = 0
or
i_a = 1·5
and
i_sc = 10 × i_a = 10 × 1·5 = 15A
