Since, LCM of 4 and 3 is 12.
∴ 10^1/4 = 10^3/12 = (10³)^1/12 = (1000)^1/12 = ¹²√1000
and 8^1/3 = 8^4/12 = (8⁴)^1/12 (4096)^1/2 = ¹²√4096
∴ 4096 > 1000
Hence, 8^1/3 >10^1/4
∴ ∛8 > ∜10
