What is the full form of CBSE?

The full form of CBSE is Central Board of Secondary Education. It is a national level education board in India for private and government schools and it is controlled and managed by the Union Government of India.
It is founded on 3rd November 1962 and headquartered in New Delhi.
Anita karwal is the current chairman of the CBSE board.
There are approximately 20,299 schools in India and 220 schools in foreign countries affiliated to the CBSE.

Currently, CBSE have 10 regional offices in India:
Delhi Control National Capital Territory of Delhi and Foreign Schools.
Guwahati Control Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura.
