The full form of OSA is Obstructive Sleep Apnea. It is a serious sleep disorder that causes breathing repeatedly to stop and start during sleep. It happens when persons throat muscles intermittently relax and block the airflow during sleep.
Snoring is a common sign of Obstructive Sleep Apnea.Cause
Obstructive Sleep Apnea happens when the muscle in the back of the throat is too relax to allow normal breathing. It causes the tissue of the throat to fall back into the airway and then it blocks the airflow. when it happens blood flow decreases in the brain that results in snoring.Symptoms
