    Should religious leave given to Central employees be reduced in India?

    I. Yes, religious leave has a lion's share in the total leave (more than 150 days) given to the age -old problem of huge pending work of Central employees.
    II. No, India is a secular country.

In order to reduce the pending work it is the need of the hour to reduce the leave. Hence I is strong . But II is a weak argument because it is based on vague reason.
