Let the third number be N,
According to the question;

First number =	20	× N =	N
	100		5

Second number =	50	× N =	N
	100		2

∴ Required percentage =	( N / 5 ) × 100
	( N / 2 )

Required percentage =	N	×	2	× 100 = 40%
