One - half of a certain number is equal to 65% of the 2nd number. Find the ratio of 1st to 2nd number.

Let 1st number = x and 2nd number = y
According to the question 1/2 of x = 65% of y
⇒ x/y = 130/100 = 13/10
∴ x : y = 13 : 10
